The present NESNA was founded in 1997 and has been one of the most effective neighborhood associations within Rockford.  The reason for that ongoing success, in one word, is "participation."  Neighborhood associations are successful when neighbors share dreams and visions, when they feel empowered to pursue these shared goals, and when they are active in pursuing them.  We've been blessed with all three of those elements.  If you live within our boundaries, but have not been part of that process, please join us by becoming a member!

2. Fill out the membership application and print it right from your computer, and;

3. Send your printed application along with a check for your association dues amount ($10.00 minimum, but greater amounts are both welcomed and appreciated!) to:
